All categories will complete three qualifying workouts from April 1st – 17th
Athletes must pay £18 + Competition Corner processing fees to enter qualifiers. A finals fee will be required for those who qualify.
Top 18 Males + 14 Females will compete in a two day Elite competition
The next 54 Males + 42 Females will compete on Sunday in the RX competition
Male Elite 35-39 – The top 9 will compete on Saturday
Male Elite 40+ – The top 9 will compete on Saturday
Female Elite 35+ – The top 14 will compete on Saturday
The top 81 Males and 63 Females will compete on Saturday
Middle Ground 35-39 – The top 18 Males + 14 Females will compete on Saturday
Middle Ground 40+ – The top 18 Males + 14 Females will compete on Saturday
Teens – The top 9 Males + 7 Females will compete on Saturday
Scaled – The top 72 Males + 56 Females will compete on Sunday

Now it’s time for the Affiliate Race, where we look to reward the best overall affiliates in this year’s Individual Event
The top 2 gyms at the end of the Affiliate Race will have the first choice of prizes.
The remaining prize will be randomly awarded to a gym placed 3rd – 10th at the end of the race

All categories except Scaled must record must provide a video link with their score submission.
Scaled options can either submit a video link, or enter the details of a certified coach who can verify their score
