MOVEMENT STANDARDS + GUIDELINES

Standards and guidelines will be available from the original publish date of December 14th.

 

FILMING + SCORE SUBMISSION

All categories except Scaled must film their workouts and submit a public link to their video when submitting their score

Scaled athletes have the choice whether to film their workout, or have their workout verified by a Judge. If choosing the latter, athletes must provide the name and contact info of that judge when submitting scores. The Judge must hold at minimum the CF Online Judges cert for their verification to count. Judges will be contacted randomly during the verification process.

The team captain is responsible for submitting all scores for the qualifier workouts. The deadline for both qualifiers is 10pm UK time on January 11th.
