Competition programming

Each training plan has been created by Warrior Programming. The plans focus on the stimulus that form the core of Battle For Middle Ground events. The plans don't focus on specific movements or rep schemes, and can be used to prepare for any competition.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Athletes/teams will sign up to one of our plans on Fitr. Once registered they will be able to choose an intended start date. We will recommend a start date if being used to prepare for a Battle For Middle Ground event. Once they have selected a start date they will see their programming in calendar format when logged in to Fitr.

WHEN

The Mixed Pairs training plan will go on sale on Thursday October 18th.

The optimal start date for BFMG athletes is Monday October 24th, with the 6th week of the programme being a deload/movement focused week
