Suitable for strong Scaled and Middle Ground athletes

Masters category available for teams with a combined age of 115 or more, and a minimum athlete age of 35.

Suitable for strong Middle Ground and Elite athletes.

MASTERS

Throwdown Masters category

Following the same programming as the Throwdown field. This is for teams with a minimum athlete age of 35, and a minimum combined age of 115 om 20/7/19

If we have sufficient interest, we will open a Compete Masters heat also

what does trinity war involve?

The Trinity War event is a multi surface, multi discipline functional fitness event. With an indoors event floor, and multiple outdoors areas, teams can expect lifting, carrying, moving, running, machines, and new to 2019, a swimming event!*

*Please note, any swimming event will be structured so that teams only need one competent swimmer to take part

The Throwdown category is aimed to be inclusive for strong scaled and Middle Ground athletes. Harder movements are work shared so teams can utilise the individual strengths of athletes.
